Meet Mike Briganti

Mike Briganti has been a full-time taxidermist for more than 40 years, serving clients in Bozeman Montana, Butte Montana, and Helena Montana. He is very active in taxidermy competitions, having won over 500 awards for his work and judging numerous contests. His dedication has earned him over 40 prestigious titles including International, North American, National, World, Regional, and State championships across all phases of taxidermy. Among his accolades are 19 Best of Shows and 10 Best All Around Taxidermist awards, alongside being a 3-time National Award of Excellence winner and a Nationally Certified Competition judge in all areas of Taxidermy. Furthermore, Mike was the first to receive the Golden Masters Award in all phases of taxidermy from the International Guild of Taxidermy. He takes pride in having won multiple Masters Division titles, which encompass custom taxidermy mounts for Game heads, Large and Small Lifesize mammals, Fish, Reptiles, Waterfowl, and Upland Gamebirds. Mike is both proud and humbled to have been asked to judge the National competition for two consecutive years in categories such as Lifesize mammals, fish, and reptiles.
